Marking a user as trained on multiple resources simultaneously

Hi, in our facility we have a lot of similar resources and training on one enables the user to use all of them. We currently have to mark the user as trained manually for each resource and were wondering if there is a simpler way to mark a user trained on multiple resources. Is there a way to bulk train a user?
Thanks in advance for any tips.

        Hello Hanna,

        Are you using Training Types?

You can find them in the “Training Types” tab of the Edit Provider dialog. Training types allow you to group several resources that require the same training.

If multiple similar resources belong to the same training type, a user only needs to be trained on one of them. Once the training is recorded, the user is automatically considered trained for all resources assigned to that training type. This avoids having to mark the user as trained for each resource individually.

This feature is designed exactly for cases where training on one resource enables users to operate several similar ones.

Would this solution work for your use case?

        Kind regards,
        Julia
