I use the 'Disallow booking' restriction to limit bookings to opening hours, but I want to give my lab team (represented by a group) the option of booking at any time, while still being subject to 'Booking approval'.
How can I do this?

Hello Jean,
You can add another restriction of the type “Disallow booking” with the parameter “Disallow-override” and apply it only to your group. The restriction that enforces booking approval for all users will not be affected by this.
